Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sumsupplies.com with photos and order details.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • To start a return, contact us at info@sumsupplies.com with your order number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (minus shipping charges, unless the return was due to our error).
